Erin Fay to Moderate 2021 ABI Mid-Level Professional Development Program Panel

Erin R. Fay, director at Bayard, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, is scheduled to moderate a virtual panel discussion hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute on November 9, 2021.  The session, titled Hot Topics in Bankruptcy, is part of ABI’s Mid-Level Professional Development Program, a conference tailored explicitly to mid-level insolvency and restructuring professionals, and led by ABI’s “40 Under 40” honorees. The panel discussion, sponsored by Deloitte, will focus on various topics in bankruptcy, including “divisive mergers and the Texas-two approach in mass tort cases, third-party-release issues, matters related to the role of independent in a restructuring, and venue reform.”  Attendees can earn CLE credits for attending.

Erin R. Fay focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. She represents debtors, committees, lenders, creditors, and other parties in complex business bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Erin represents clients across a range of industries, including retail, energy, healthcare, medical devices, and financial services.
