Erin R. Fay, director at Bayard, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, is scheduled to moderate a virtual panel discussion hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute on November 9, 2021. The session, titled Hot Topics in Bankruptcy, is part of ABI’s Mid-Level Professional Development Program, a conference tailored explicitly to mid-level insolvency and restructuring professionals, and led by ABI’s “40 Under 40” honorees.
