Evan Miller Speaks at Delaware TMA Event



Bayard attorney and TMA Philadelphia/Wilmington NextGen Chairman, Evan T. Miller, served as a panelist at the 6th Annual Delaware CLE and Cocktails program sponsored by the TMA Philadelphia/Wilmington Chapter on Thursday, October 18, 2018. The program took place at the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, Delaware where panelists discussed third-party releases in Chapter 11 and recent jurisprudence as they pertain to debtors, creditors and asset purchasers. Other Panelists included Chief Bankruptcy Judge Christopher S. Sontchi, Andrew R. Vara, Acting United States Trustee, Region Three, Dan DeFrancheschi of Richards, Layton and Finger, P.A., and Michael Goodman of SSG Capital Advisors, LLC.
