The Bayard Firm's lawyers rank as leading practitioners in Delaware across multiple practice areas in Chambers USA 2007: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, released Friday.  The firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Intellectual Property and Real Estate practices also achieved accolades in Delaware in the 5th edition of the legal guide.

Neil Glassman, chair of the firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, earned a #2 individual ranking in Delaware in Chambers USA 2007, and director Jeffrey Schlerf was named among the leaders in Delaware bankruptcy law.  Douglas Hershman, a director in the firm's Real Estate practice, also achieved a #2 individual ranking in the guide; and director Richard D. Kirk was recognized as a leader in intellectual property law in Delaware.
