Justin R. Alberto of Bayard has been selected as one of the participants in the 2013 Federal Trial Practice Seminar sponsored by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. The seminar is an eight-week program on instructional trial practice established by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. United States Magistrate Judge Christopher J. Burke chairs the seminar, which also draws the expertise of nationally recognized speakers who have frequently litigated in Delaware. Justin is the second Bayard attorney to be accepted into the Federal Trial Practice Seminar. Bayard litigator Stephen Brauerman is a 2010 graduate of the seminar and currently serves as its co-coordinator.
