Bayard Welcomes New Associate Ronald Golden III

Bayard, P.A., a Meritas® member law firm based in Wilmington, Delaware, announced today that its litigation group continues to grow with the addition of Ronald P. Golden III.  Ron has joined the firm as an associate focusing his practice on commercial and patent litigation. Ron brings experience in complex patent litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.  He has worked on cases involving pharmaceutical Hatch-Waxman litigation, software, medical device, consumer, and semiconductor chip products.  In these matters, he has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit diligence, case management, preliminary injunctions, document collection and production, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, summary judgment and Daubert hearings, and trial.

Ron attended Widener University School of Law where he was a staff writer for the Widener Law Review and the recipient of the Superior Authorship Award. While attending law school in the evenings, Ron served as Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark’s Courtroom Deputy with expanded law clerk duties for eight years.  Prior to law school, Ron earned a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2005.
