The News Journal Names Bayard, P.A. a Winner of the Delaware Top Workplaces 2021 Award

Wilmington, Delaware, August 23, 2021- Bayard, PA, a Meritas® member firm, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The News Journal. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including connection, appreciation, and potential, just to name a few.  Additionally, the firm received a special award because of the top scores accorded its benefits package.
