The News Journal Names Bayard a Winner of the Delaware 2018 Top Workplaces Award

Bayard, P.A., a Meritas® member firm based in Wilmington, Delaware, is proud to announce that it has been named a 2018 Top Workplace in Delaware by The News Journal. This is the second time the firm has been named to the list.  Bayard’s Chairman, Neil B. Glassman reacted to the designation by noting, “Bayard is committed to zealous representation of clients through high-quality legal services, team work, integrity and professionalism.  We are grateful that this commitment is reflected in our workplace environment and extends to our valued employees.  We are very proud to be recognized for the positive culture that we have built over the last 60 years.”

The Top Workplace list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. A list of 60, comprised of small, mid-sized and large companies from the state were recognized this year.
