Peter Ladig Scheduled to Speak on ABA Business Section Panel
On April 28th at 1 p.m. EDT, Pete Ladig, co-chair of Bayard’s Litigation group is scheduled to speak on a panel titled, 50 Ways to Leave Your Business Partner: Business 101. The webinar is sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. The panel will discuss topics including common claims, litigation alternatives, including dissolution, "squeeze-out" transactions and the utilization of specific dissolution/buyout provisions in shareholder agreements and LLC agreements.
Pete is the co-chair of the Business Divorce Subcommittee of the Business and Corporation Litigation Committee of the Business Law Section of the ABA. He has extensive experience in the growing area of the business divorce, particularly requests for judicial dissolution of limited liability companies and corporations.
