Bayard attorney Evan T. Miller co-authored an article in the October 2017 issue of the Journal of Corporate Renewal. The article, titled “Averting the Pitfalls of Customer Claims, Noticing in Retail Bankruptcies,” addresses the rise in restructuring in the retail industry and navigating the long, intricate process regarding customer claims in the same.

Evan, who is currently the chairman of the Turnaround Management, Philadelphia Chapter’s NextGen group, co-authored the article with Travis Vandell (CEO) and Mike Hill (VP) of JND Corporate Restructuring.
