Stephen B. Brauerman has been accepted into the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s Federal Trial Practice Seminar.

The seminar is an intense eight-week program on instructional trial practice designed for lawyers who have less than 10 years of experience, and was established by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. United States Attorney David C. Weiss and Assistant United States Attorney Christopher J. Burke will co-chair the seminar and plan to cover a full-range of litigation topics including, opening statements, direct examination, cross examination, the Federal Rules of Evidence, discovery-related issues and closing statements. It will also draw the expertise of nationally recognized speakers who have frequently litigated in the District Court.
