Delaware’s District Court has experienced a noticeable surge in patent litigation cases filed since the decision in TC Heartland last year on proper venue for patent cases.  As a result, Delaware’s federal judges are among the busiest in the United States.  Bayard’s Stephen B. Brauerman, the co-chair of the firm’s litigation group and former president of the Delaware chapter of the Federal Bar Association, recently shared his thoughts about them in an article written for Law360 by Matthew Bultman.
