Stephen Brauerman Serves on Panel Discussing Impact of Delaware Corporate Law at Meritas® 2017 Litigation Meeting

Stephen B. Brauerman, a Director in Bayard’s Litigation group, served on a panel entitled The Impact of Delaware’s Corporate Law at the Meritas® U.S./Canada Litigation and Labor & Employment Group Joint Fall Meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in Washington, D.C.  The panel discussed various topics concerning Delaware’s national influence, including the impact of Delaware’s robust case law, the availability of expeditious and injunctive relief in the Delaware Court of Chancery, differences between Delaware’s commercial courts – the Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court, and Delaware’s Rapid Arbitration Act.  Steve was joined on the panel by the Honorable Joseph R. Slights, III of the Delaware Court of Chancery, Marbury Rainer of Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP, and Colin Wexler of Goldberg Cohn LLP.
