Steven R. Director, a director at The Bayard Firm, is schedule to speak at a seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute (NBI) entitled "Advanced LLC Issues."  Steve will discuss estate planning strategies using LLCs, asset protection through LLCs, family limited partnerships, and design and implementation considerations and consequences of estate planning.  Additionally, Steve will discuss the impact of recent cases involving valuation and related LLC issues in estate planning.  The seminar will be held on December 6, 2007 at the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino located in Dover, Delaware and on December 7, 2007 at the Embassy Suites located in Newark, Delaware.
