The April 18 issue of Delaware Law Weekly featured an article on The Bayard Firm, highlighting the firm's new leadership and recent additions to its practice groups. Earlier this year, Jeffrey M. Schlerf was appointed chairman of the firm, and Steven M. Yoder became chairman of the executive committee.

The article also discussed recent additions to the firm's business litigation practice, including attorney Scott G. Wilcox who joined from Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz, and attorney Stephen B. Brauerman, a recent graduate. Also mentioned were new directors Peter B. Ladig of the business litigation practice group and Ashley B. Stitzer of the bankruptcy and intellectual property practice groups.

The firm will celebrate its 50th Anniversary in 2008.
