Biography
David Ramirez is an associate at Bayard and a member of the firm’s Family Law group.
David graduated cum laude from Delaware Law School, where he was recognized as a Domestic Violence Advocacy Fellow. While at Delaware Law, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and competed on the Interscholastic team at the Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition in Albany, New York. For his participation in competitions and excellence in oral advocacy and writing, David was admitted into the Order of the Barristers. In his third year, he interned for the Honorable Felice G. Kerr and assisted Delaware Volunteer Legal Services with various research tasks.
Before joining Bayard, David served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Felice G. Kerr and the Honorable Natalie J. Haskins of the Family Court of the State of Delaware.
David is admitted to practice law in Delaware. Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology.
