Gabriel B. Ragsdale is an associate in Bayard’s Litigation Department. Gabriel concentrates his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, corporate appraisals, and other commercial disputes.
Before joining Bayard, Gabriel graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Gabriel served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Gabriel also externed with the United States Department of the Treasury, Assistant General Counsel for International Affairs where he represented the Treasury Department as a member of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
Prior to law school, Gabriel worked as an investigator in a Washington, D.C. firm’s whistleblower and class action practice groups. Gabriel is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and he is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Political Science.
