Jay M. Dewey

Jay Dewey is an associate in Bayard’s litigation group.  He focuses his practice on electronic discovery. 

Jay’s eDiscovery practice spans from the filing of the complaint through the close of fact discovery, with an emphasis on effective document collection, search methodologies, record analysis and project management.
 
While in college, Jay interned for United States Senator Thomas R. Carper, and during law school, he clerked for Delaware’s Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI) in the Disabilities Law Program.  Prior to joining Bayard, Jay worked as an eDiscovery attorney for over a decade in the Philadelphia office of an Am Law 100 firm.
