Joshua K. Tufts

Josh Tufts is an associate in Bayard's litigation group. He focuses his practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware courts. Josh graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in school, he externed with the Honorable Christine P. O’Hearn of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and interned with the Honorable Megan McCarthy King of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He assisted multiple professors with teaching and research and served as the lead articles editor for Volume 95 of Temple Law Review.
 
Josh currently serves as Bayard's Emerging Leader liaison for Meritas, an invitation-only international alliance of over 175 business law firms located in over 80 countries. Bayard is the sole Delaware member of Meritas.

Before joining Bayard, Josh litigated corporate and commercial disputes at the Wilmington office of a national law firm.
