Joshua K. Tufts

Josh Tufts is an associate in Bayard's Litigation Department. He focuses his practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware courts. Josh graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in school, he externed with the Honorable Christine P. O’Hearn of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and interned with the Honorable Megan McCarthy King of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He assisted multiple professors with teaching and research and served as the lead articles editor for Volume 95 of Temple Law Review.
 
Before joining Bayard, Josh litigated corporate and commercial disputes at the Wilmington office of a national law firm.
