Megan McGovern, a Director in Bayard’s Family Law Group, served as the moderator of the Delaware State Bar Association’s 2025 Family Law Update. She was joined by Kara Swasey, also a Director in Bayard’s Family Law Group, who served as a speaker and presented the Case Law Update. The CLE program was held on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
 
McGovern is the Chair of the DSBA’s Family Law Section and  Swasey is the Vice Chair.  Bayard’s family law practice focuses on divorce, custody, child support, adoption, guardianship, and protection from abuse matters.
