Judge Zu brings more than 15 years of judicial and alternative dispute resolution experience to Bayard, P.A. As a former Maryland District Court Judge and Administrative Law Judge, he presided over thousands of matters ranging from high-volume dockets to complex, discovery-intensive disputes involving significant legal and financial exposure. His background includes employment, commercial, civil rights, technology, and intellectual property-related matters, as well as extensive experience facilitating negotiated resolutions in emotionally and financially complex cases. Judge Zu is widely recognized for his thoughtful case management, clear decision-making, and ability to navigate high-stakes disputes with efficiency, fairness, and humanity.
