Judge Zuberi Williams Selected to Moderate the Closing Session at the 30th Edition of the International Intellectual Property Law Association (IIPLA) 2026 USA
Judge Zuberi B. Williams, Chair of Bayard's Business ADR practice, will serve as a moderator for the closing session of the 30th IIPLA 2026 USA Conference on September 22, 2026 in Palo Alto, California. The session is entitled, “Winning the IP Battle: Strategic Litigation for Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights.”
Prior to joining Bayard as Chair of the Business ADR practice, Judge Zu previously served more than ten years as a Maryland District Court Judge and approximately 15 years in judicial and adjudicative roles. In his role as Chair of Bayard's Business ADR practice, he serves as a mediator and arbitrator in complex commercial, intellectual property, employment, technology, and business disputes. In addition, Judge Zu was recently selected as a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators.
