Preparing for an International Debut

Marla H. Norton and Daniel K. Astin were selected to provide one of three opinions regarding a hypothetical scenario posed in “Preparing for an International Debut” in the Spring 2006 edition of the Mid-Atlantic Executive Legal Adviser. In the article, Marla and Daniel emphasized several very important factors a domestic company must consider when making the decision to venture into an international market.
