  • Bayard, P.A.

Bayard attorneys are routinely called upon to assist clients and co-counsel in a myriad of complex commercial matters, at the local, regional, national, and international levels. As a consequence of Bayard’s relatively small size, all Bayard attorneys are entrusted to deal directly with clients and co-counsel—therefore, only the best attorneys are asked to join the Bayard team.

Working at Bayard, younger attorneys enjoy daily contact, direction, and mentoring from those attorneys with more experience, which gives younger attorneys the tools to develop more quickly than their counterparts at larger law firms. Every effort is made to support each attorney’s growth, as well as the development of each attorney’s practice.

In addition to providing its attorneys with excellent legal practice opportunities, Bayard recognizes the importance of its attorneys being well-rounded, balanced individuals. Bayard’s culture reflects the firm’s commitment to family, community involvement, and the providing of pro bono legal services.

Bayard aggressively pursues third-year law students at numerous law schools in the mid-Atlantic region with on-campus interviewing, and begins its recruiting efforts in August of each year. Bayard also accepts resumes from exceptional students attending law schools outside of those the firm has selected to visit.

In addition to law students, Bayard continually evaluates applications from talented attorneys with varying levels of experience, including attorneys working at other firms, and those with judicial clerkship experience.

Bayard offers all of its attorneys very competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
