Bayard Litigators Jason Jowers and Rachel Tunney Recently Participated in the DSBA's Complex Commercial Litigation CLE Seminar
Bayard litigation director Jason C. Jowers and associate Rachel R. Tunney recently participated in a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar hosted by the Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA). The sold-out seminar, titled "The Evolving CCLD: New Rules, Best Practices, and Cross-Designation Explained," was held on February 19, 2026.
Jason Jowers served as a panelist for the session, "Cross Designation Between the Court of Chancery and the Superior Court" and Rachel Tunney moderated the session, "Best Practices in Complex Commercial Litigation Division."
